士嘉堡安省醫療團隊 Launches Recruitment for Primary Care Providers to Join the Scarborough Primary Care Network Governance Committee

Scarborough, ON — The Scarborough Ontario Health Team (SOHT) is seeking expressions of interest from primary care providers to join the Scarborough Primary Care Network (SPCN) Governance Committee.  We are currently recruiting for three positions: 

• Nurse Practitioner practicing in comprehensive primary care (1 position) 
• Family Physician serving in a specialty focus, such as Long-Term Care (1 position) 
• Family Physician practicing in a walk-in clinic model (1 position) 

The SPCN Governance Committee plays an important role in advancing primary care transformation, supporting integrated care, and informing health system planning across Scarborough. These appointments will help ensure the Committee continues to reflect the diversity of primary care perspectives and practice settings within our community.  Key Dates 

• Application Deadline: August 28, 2026, at 5:00 PM 
• Interviews: August 31 to September 4, 2026 
• Onboarding: Weeks of September 7 and September 14, 2026
