SOHT Collaboration Council Co-Chair Recruitment

Scarborough, ON — The Scarborough Ontario Health Team (SOHT) is pleased to announce the launch of its recruitment campaign for Co-Chair within its Collaboration Council. This initiative is a key step in advancing SOHT’s 2025–2028 Strategic Direction, with a focus on primary care transformation, integrated services, and inclusive governance. 
 
The Co-chairs of the Collaboration Council share a key leadership role in advancing the strategic direction and collaborative governance of the SOHT. This voluntary role facilitates building an integrated system in Scarborough by chairing Collaboration Council meetings and enabling collaborative decision-making and priorities, promotes good governance practices, fosters cross-sectoral engagement, and ensures alignment with SOHT’s vision, goals and strategic priorities.  
 
Key Dates: 

• Deadline to Apply: August 22, 2025, by 5:00 PM 

• Interview Period: Weeks of September 8 and 15 

• Onboarding: Weeks of September 29 onwards
