Scarborough, ON (March 7th, 2025): Help Shape Scarborough Ontario Health Team’s Strategic Plan Refresh!
The Scarborough Ontario Health Team (SOHT) is excited to announce the launch of our Community Survey to support the Strategic Plan Refresh.
We are looking for important information from partners and our community members in the Scarborough region to inform this critical process that will shape integration of health and community care in Scarborough. We need to know what you think and how we can better focus our work.
