Scarborough Ontario Health Team (SOHT) has one of the largest populations of all the OHTs in the province and is based in one of Canada’s most vibrant and diverse communities. Approved as a OHT in 2020, SOHT is a network of over forty partner organizations with a rich history of collaboration providing health and community services across the continuum of care.
Scarborough is diverse and includes, and as your Ontario Health Team, we believe your care should be too.

This project aims to create a modern, accessible, and user-friendly platform that reflects SOHT’s commitment to health equity and community engagement across Scarborough’s diverse population.
