Further, referring to the application materials provided by Ontario Health, the Working Group has finalized a Decision-Making Framework that will be used to rank the\u00a0incoming proposals from SOHT partners.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key dates including submission dates:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list {\"ordered\":true,\"start\":1} --><\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"1\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"1\">\n<li>October 8-20 \u2013 Applicants review the materials shared and prepare for their submissions.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>DUE: October 20 at 5:00 pm \u2013 Interested applicants provide a short summary of the proposal (3-5 sentences) for review by the Working Group to <\/strong><a style=\"background-color: #ffffff\" href=\"mailto:ScarboroughOHT@shn.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>ScarboroughOHT@shn.ca<\/strong><\/a><strong>.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>October 23 \u2013 Working Group provides feedback to applicants that also incorporates insights from Ontario Health.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>October 23 \u2013 November 6 \u2013 Applicant(s) continue to work on their proposals.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>DUE: November 6 at 5:00 pm\u2013 Applicants submit their completed forms \u2013 IPCT Expansion Proposal Form and Budget Template \u2013 for review by the Working Group to <\/strong><a style=\"background-color: #ffffff\" href=\"mailto:ScarboroughOHT@shn.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>ScarboroughOHT@shn.ca.<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>November 12 \u2013 Working Group decision are shared with each applicant directly via <a style=\"background-color: #ffffff\" href=\"mailto:ScarboroughOHT@shn.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ScarboroughOHT@shn.ca.<\/a>\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>November 14 at 5:00pm \u2013 SOHT submits three proposals to Ontario Health for final decision-making.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>SOHT will also host webinars for interested members where questions about this approach, timeline, and other considerations can be discussed.
