The objectives for PCN are to organize the local primary care sector in Ontario Health Team planning and provide a voice in OHT decision-making. The PCN will also serve as a vehicle to support OHTs in the implementation of local and provincial priorities.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Drs. Lall and Vlahos will provide clinical leadership to SOHT through its Primary Care Network. The role focuses on improving clinical governance, supporting service transformation, and ensuring high-quality, client-centered care aligned with SOHT.
