baseline\">Patient <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13.999999999999998pt;font-family: Arial,sans-serif;color: #000000;background-color: transparent;font-weight: 400;font-style: normal;font-variant: normal;text-decoration: none;vertical-align: baseline\">Declaration of Values (DoV) for Scarborough Ontario Health Team (SOHT). We began reviewing the DoV from the Ministry of Health, and other Ontario Health Teams. We worked collaboratively with members of CFAC, both on-line and in person. To<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 13.999999999999998pt;font-family: Arial,sans-serif;color: #000000;background-color: transparent;font-weight: 400;font-style: normal;font-variant: normal;text-decoration: none;vertical-align: baseline\">match with Scarborough values, we decided to follow the acronym EPIC CARE that has been part of SOHT from the beginning.
