Through Scarborough Palliative Care (SPC) ‘every door is the right door.’ No matter how, where or who requests care, our new program ensures that people from across Scarborough will have equitable access to all the palliative and supportive care services our partners provide right here in the community.
Whether you need support at home, in the hospital, a long-term care facility, or a hospice home, you have come to the right place — right here at (name of organization)— to get what you need from us and all of Scarborough’s palliative care providers.
We are part of your care team and will support your pain and symptom management, as well as your and your family’s emotional and information needs.
